How to make Chicken Aloo Kebab
Begin by taking a mixing bowl and adding boiled potatoes to it. Mash the potatoes well. Next, add in the boiled and shredded chicken along with hot spices, salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, soy sauce, and coriander. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
After mixing, add chopped green chilies and mix everything again. Keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Take small portions from the dough and roll it out to make a thin sheet, then create a structure resembling a mat by arranging them in a grid-like pattern.
Dip the toast in a batter made with beaten eggs and coat it with bread crumbs before frying it on a griddle.
Continue serving the remaining kebab with the same mixture.
Deep fry all the tikka pieces and your kebabs are ready.
